RUTLEDGE, Emile (City of Ottawa Sewers Department - Retired) Peacefully at home Saturday, May 13, 2000. Emile Rutledge age 66. Beloved husband of Georgette Lalonde. Loving father of Emile Jr. (husband of Denise), Mark (husband of Betty), Rick (husband of Donna) and Emile Jr. Lovingly remembered by 13 grandchildren. Dear brother of Delores (Mrs. Roger Richard) of Timmins. Predeceased by brothers Harold and Harry and sister Lois Olsen.
