LESTER, Edgar. 1914-2000. Passed away peacefully at Centre Hospitalier de Lachine on May 18, 2000 at the age of eighty-five years. Loving husband of Winnifred Lester Lewars. Devoted father of Lloyd (Pansy) USA, Lorna (Basil), Beverley, Janet (Everton) USA. Brother of Nen (Everlyne) and Masa, Jamaica. Loving grandfather of Rhonie, Stephanie, Akilah, Andrea, Alexie, Emile, Oshalah and Jordan. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren Kadisha and Isaiah. He also leaves many family, friends and his church family. In memory of Edgar, donations can be made to Trinity Memorial Church, 5220 Sherbrooke Street West. The family will receive relatives and friends at Feron's Funeral Homes, 2252 St. Antoine Street. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 25 at 11 a.m. from Trinity Memorial Church. Thence to Montreal Memorial Park. Visitation Tuesday and Wednesday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.
