COOK, William. Of Hudson, Quebec. Bill passed away peacefully at the Valleyfield Hospital on Sunday, May 28, 2000, in his ninety-first year. Beloved and loving husband of Leila and much loved father of Wendy Kathleen (Jim) Holmes, loving grandfather of Susan (Miles) Dick and dear great-grandchildren, Darien and Mason, and loving grandfather of Kelly (Aaron) Binns, all of Regina Sask. Son Robert of Winnipeg. He will be greatly missed by his brothers and their wives, Robbie (Eva - deceased) of Calgary, Douglas (Elizabeth) of Winnipeg, Jack (Beatrice) of Ottawa, Ken (Jean) of Winnipeg, brother Hugh (Agnes predeceased). Also his in-laws Alvin (Rebe - deceased) Anderson, Wilford (Ruth/Helen - both deceased) Fraser of Longwood, Florida, Bill (Viona) Fraser of Franklin, Man. Many loving nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by his many friends in Hudson and the golfing and curling communities. At the request of the deceased there will be no memorial service. A private celebration will be held. Interment at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations in Bill's memory may be made to the Hudson V.O.N. or your choice.
