BOZAK Edward 1923-2000 The family announces with sorrow his death at the Golden Manor on Wednesday, May 31, 2000, at the age of 76 years. Loving husband of Leona Bozak ( Nee Marchildon). Dear father of Estelle Duciaume (Leo) of Timmins. Loving grandfather of Robert Duciaume (Lynn) and Nicole Duciaume (Darren) and great-grandfather of David Duciaume. Dear brother of Sylvester Bozak of Killaloe, Maxie Bozak (Bev) of Killaloe, Adolph Bozak (Gisele) of Chicago, Loretta Ivak (Andy) of Chicago, Agnes Hicks of Fort Myers, Florida, and Monica Bozak of Toronto. He will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Albert and Johanna Bozak, his brothers John, Tony, Florian, Butch and Alphie and by his sisters Katie, Sally and Judy. Edward was employed as a miner for the Hollinger and Kidd Creek Mines. He was also a World War II veteran and is a member of the Timmins Legion Branch 88. Edward was an avid fisherman and hunter. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2000, at 10:00 a.m. in the Miron-Wilson Funeral Chapel. Interment at Timmins Memorial Cemetery. Remembrance donations to the Timmins and District Hospital Foundation would be appreciated. The family will receive friends on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins. (The Daily Press)
