DOIRON Edna-Philomene Mass of Resurrection 2 :00 pm Monday, June 5, 2000 St. Boniface Cathedral 190 Cathedrale Ave On Thursday, June 1, 2000, Edna Doiron, aged 94 years, passed away peacefully at the Tache Nursing Center, surrounded by her loving family. Edna was predeceased by her beloved husband, Alphonse, on March 29, 1978. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law : Eleanore (Tootsie) and George Comeau, Dolores (Patsy) and Maurice Schaubroeck; one son and daughter-in-law, Leonard and Andree; 14 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren. She also leaves three sisters : Margaret Alyward, Sister Bernadette Pitre and Cora Calleghan; two brothers, Leonard and Walter Pitre. Edna's family deeply appreciates the care, support and kindness provided by the staff of 3ABC Tache Nursing Center and Pastoral Care. "Entre tes main je remets mon âme, Seigneur." Mass of Resurrection will be held at 2 :00 pm Monday, June 5, at the St. Boniface Cathedral. Interment will follow at Green Acres Memorial Gardens. Flowers are gratefully declined.
