MURRAY Jane-Anne, Sister, C.N.D. (Sister St. Miriam of Jesus) At Notre Dame Residence, Kingston, following a lengthy illness, at 92 years of age. Born in Sarsfield, Ontario, of parents John Murray and Mary Elizabeth Sullivan. A feisty spirit who outlived brothers Wilfred, William, Joseph, James, Edward, Charles and sisters Winnifred, Allison, Minnie, Kathleen, Lyda McCormick and Helen Melvin. Many nieces and nephews have been very dear to her. A teacher by profession, she taught in Montreal and Ottawa. Her later years of active work were spent in Cornwall where she had a loving and lively interest in the Parish and parishioners of St. Columban's. Friends will be received at the Central Chapel, Gordon F. Tompkins Funeral Homes, 49 Colborne Street (at Clergy), Kingston, on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil Service at 7:00 p.m. at Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph's Church, Palace Road, on Saturday, June 10 at 11:00 a.m. Rite of Committal in St. Mary's Cemetery.
