OWEN, Walter John. Formerly of Montreal, in his eighty-fifth year on June 4, 2000, and his loving wife, Marjorie (Wilson) on May 18, 2000, both in Caracas, Venezuela. Walter retired from Liquid Carbonic, having served in various capacities in Montreal, Mexico City and Caracas, latterly as CEO of a South American operation. Their devoted family consists of Robert (Betty), Coral Gables, Florida, Sharon Ross-Jones (Jimmy), Caracas and Patricia Peterson (Todd), Toronto. They will be sadly missed by Walter's brother Frank (Mina), Ste. Adolphe de Howard, Quebec, sister Audrey, Burlington, Ontario, and Marjorie's brother Kitchener Wilson, Miami, Florida, as well as their many relatives and friends of the summer season in the vicinity of Ivry-sur-le-Lac, Quebec. Walter was predeceased by his brother Douglas (Sally) of Pittsburgh, PA. Memorial services were held in Caracas.
