WOZNIAK, Michael. After a courageous battle with cancer, and his family by his side, at the age of fifty-five, on Friday, June 9, 2000. Loving husband and best friend of Marilyn. Dearest father of Kimberly and Adam. Cherished brother of William Derkach, Wanda Susel and Janet Melnyk. Survived by his mother Julia. Predeceased by his father Michael. He will be sadly missed and always remembered by his niece, nephews, cousins, friends and family. Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Home, 3440 Richmond Rd. (between Bayshore, and Baseline Rd.), Ottawa, on Sunday, June 11 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service on Monday at Kanata United Church, at 1 p.m. Cremation. Interment of Michael's Cremated Remains, at Highland Park Cemetery, at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, would be appreciated by the family.
