Lucy RUDDY

DUPUIS, Lucy (née Ruddy) The family announces with sorrow her death, Sunday, June 11th, 2000, at the Sudbury Regional Hospital (Laurentian Site) at the age of 60 years. Daughter of the late John Ruddy and of the late Rose Ruddy (née Riopelle). Wife of the late Leonard Dupuis predeceased in 1997. Loving mother of Louise Hunda (friend Marty) of Sudbury, Danny (wife Monica) of Eganville, Debbie McAllister (husband Jamie) of Capreol, Jim (wife Katheryn) of Sudbury and Judy Burgess (husband Brad) of Edmonton. Lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her two sisters Marguerite O'Shaughnessy of Latchford, Jeannie Brontmyer (husband Glen) of Elk Lake and by one brother Leo Ruddy of St-Catharines. Also missed by her special sister-in-law Leonie Mrochek (husband Ronald), Donald Dupuis (wife Gertrude) both of Hanmer, Loria Dupuis (wife Diane) of Garson and Diane Janveaux of Sudbury. Cherished grandmother of Shaun, Craig, Shelly-Ann, Veronica, Mark, Alex, Krista and Josh. The family will receive friends at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd., (at Notre Dame) Sudbury, Wednesday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9:30 p.m. A funeral service will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in the Bishop Roger Despatie Chapel of the Co-operative Funeral Home, Sudbury. Donations to the A.L.S. (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Society of Canada Lou Gherig's Disease) or to the Easter Seal Society of Sudbury would be greatly appreciated. (The Sudbury Star)
