REID, Loretta (nee Feron). Passed away peacefully at the Bayview Nursing Home, on Tuesday, June 13, 2000 surrounded by her loving children. Loretta Feron, aged seventy-nine years, beloved wife of the late Bernard Reid. Cherished mother of James (late Audrey), Bernard (Sharon), Brenda (Bill), Gary (Colleen), Sean (Alana) and Fern (David). Predeceased by her dear brothers Gerald, Frank, Maurice and Leo. Dearest sister of Margaret Feron Teodori. Devoted grandmother to Shannon, Shane, Deidre, Trisha, Brandon, Kristin, Shauna, Robert, Jennifer and the late Tara. Survived by her devoted and dear friend Tilly Williams. Dearest sister-in-law of Lorne and Brooke Reid. Also survived by her dear nieces, relatives and friends. "A special thanks to the entire staff of the Bayview Nursing Home for their excellent care and compassion, as well as a sincere thanks to Tilly for many years of devoted friendship and kindness to our mother". Resting at Feron's Funeral Homes, 2252 St. Antoine Street. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Gabriel's Church (2157 Center Street), Pointe St. Charles on Thursday, June 15, 2000 at 11 a.m. Followed by interment at Notre Dame des Neiges Cemetery. Visiting hours 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
