PROSCIAK, Antoinette (nee Benn). Born in Montreal, Quebec on June 15, 1915 and passed away peacefully at the Rockyview Hospital in Calgary, Alberta on June 14, 2000. Beloved wife of the late Peter Prosciak; cherished mother of Michael (Jodie); most loved Babcia of Mark (Cindy), Karen and Christopher; sister of Mary Benn (Land) (Montreal) and the late Joseph Benn and Lina Kostiuk. She also leaves to mourn her loss, nieces: Joanna Routly (Don) and Patricia Bond; great nieces: Elizabeth and Emily Routly of Ontario and her brother-in-law Peter Kostiuk of Montreal. She will be greatly missed by the staff and her many friends at Beverly Centre. Her family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff of the Beverly Centre and Unit 59 of the Rockyview Hospital for their care and kindness. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church, 1600 Acadia Drive SE, Calgary on Friday, June 16, 2000 at 1 p.m. with Rev. William Stephenson Celebrant. In lieu of flowers, a donation in Antoinette's memory may be made to the Alberta Children's Hospital Foundation, 1820 Richmond Road SW, Calgary, Alberta, T2T 5C7.
