HOLMES, Lawrence. Suddenly on Thursday, June 15, 2000 age seventy-three. Beloved husband of Claire. Loving son of George Holmes and Annie McGurgan. Dear brother of Marjorie (Ede), Ernest, George (Jeanne), Gerald (Grace) and the late Edna (Elliott Slater), Louis and Melvin. Survived by numerous nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews. Funeral mass was held June 18 in Brownsburg, Quebec.
