GAIN, George. Peacefully at the Argenteuil Hospital, Lachute, Quebec on Friday, June 16, 2000 in his ninetieth year. Beloved husband of Stella Gain. Dear father of Shirley Garsonnin (Dan), Curtis (Carol) and Donna McClinton (Bryan). Loving grandfather of Tina, Nicolas, Chad, Robbie, Kenny and Brendan. Also survived by his brothers Wesley and Mervin. Funeral service Monday, June 19, 2000 at 2 p.m. from the chapel of the J.P. MacKimmie Funeral Home, 660 Main St., Lachute, Que. Visitation Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
