LARKIN, John. Peacefully after a short illness at the Montreal General Hospital on Sunday, June 18, 2000 in his ninety-first year. Beloved husband of Dorothy Halsall. Cherished father of Judy (Alex Vandenham) and David. Dear grandfather of Ryan and Amy; and great-grandfather of Abby, Lauren and Leah. Predeceased by his sisters: Minnie, Elizabeth, Agnes and Rebecca. A memorial service will be held at St. Paul's Anglican Church, 379, 44th Avenue, Lachine on Thursday, June 22, 2000 at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Montreal Association for the Blind, Gilman Residence, 7010 Sherbrooke W., Montreal, Qc, H4B 1R2.
