MORRIS, Margaret M. (nee Hammel) In loving memory of Margaret M. Morris (nee Hammel), 85 years, of Sudbury, who passed away Thursday afternoon, June 22nd, 2000 at Extendicare-York, surrounded by her loving family. Margaret was born in Ottawa. She was a long time member of St. John the Evangelist in Garson, also belonging to the CWL for many years. When Margaret wasn't busy doing her work for the church, she loved to play bingo, darts or a good game of cards. She always had a smile to share and leaves a rich legacy of love and devotion. Beloved wife of Edmund Morris predeceased 1976. Loving mother of Kenneth (wife Hazel) of Ottawa, Irene Fraser predeceased (husband Gord of B.C.), Marilyn Rollins (husband Bill) of Spuzzum, B.C., Arnold (wife Elaine) and Joan Coates (husband Ken predeceased) both of Garson, Gordon predeceased (wife Donna of B.C.), Allan of Garson, Elaine Easton (husband Ted) of Saskatoon, Brian (wife Lorraine) of Sudbury, Christopher (wife Kathy) of Parksville, B.C., and Cathy McGregor (husband Michael) of Saskatoon. Cherished grandmother of 35 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren. Dear daughter of George and Mary Hammel both predeceased. Dear sister of Grace Clendennin predeceased. Survived by stepbrothers Louis, Alex and Adam Yolkowski and predeceased by stepbrother Paul Yolkowski and stepsister Eva Schimmens. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Resting at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St. at Hazel St., Sudbury. Funeral Mass in St. John the Evangelist Church, Garson. Visitation and funeral times incomplete.
