OJA, Eli-Alex The family announces with sorrow his death, Thursday, June 22nd, 2000, at the Sudbury Regional Hospital (St. Joseph's Health Centre), at the age of 82 years. Son of the late Alexander Oja and of the late Fiina Oja. Beloved husband of Lillian Oja (née Charron) of Sudbury. Loving father of Peggy Oja-Gouin (husband Richard) of Val Thérèse, Katherine Blanchard (husband Paul) of Hanmer and Alan (wife Deborah) of Copper Cliff. Also survived by one son-in-law Don Ley of Copper Cliff. Predeceased by 11 brothers and sisters. Cherished grandfather of Daryn, Jennifer, Natalie, David and Michaela. Mr. Oja worked as a mechanic for 41 years at Inco Ltd. A private service will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements in care of the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, Sudbury. (The Sudbury Star)
