Lorraine Elizabeth JOLIN

JOLIN _ Lorraine (Lorrie) Elizabeth passed away on June 24th, 2000 after a lengthy illness. She was predeceased by her father Robert (Bob) Jolin in June 1999, and lovingly remembered by her mother, Mary, of Chilliwack, and her sister Dianne (Richard) Sullivan of Vancouver. Born November 23rd, 1953 in North Vancouver. In 1957 the family moved to Powell River where she finished her school years and later graduated from UBC. Following in her father's footsteps she loved travelling and tourism. Fluent in Japanese, she spent many years as a tour guide, the last 7 years with Nippon Travel Agency in Vancouver. A Memorial Service will be held at the Canadian Memorial United Church, 16th & Burrard, Vancouver on Tuesday, July 4th at 7 p.m. KEARNEY FUNERAL HOME 736-0268.(The Vancouver Sun)
