STARR, Frank J. Peacefully on June 26, 2000 at Charles Lemoyne Hospital in his eightieth year. He will be lovingly missed by his wife of fifty-nine years, Rita Devaney. In keeping with his wishes there will be no visitation. Burial of ashes will take place at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Feron's Funeral Homes.
