ROZANSKI, Andrew (Andrzej). Professional engineer, died peacefully at home July 1, 2000. Predeceased by his first wife Teresa and his son Alexander. He leaves to mourn his wife Irena, daughter Paula, relatives in Poland and many friends. In 1944 Andrew fought in the Home Army in the Warsaw uprising. He spent the remaining months of the war as P.O.W. in a camp in Murnau (Germany). After graduating from Engineering School in England, he immigrated to Canada and had a long and challenging career at S.N.C. Lavalin. Memorial service Saturday, August 5 at 2 p.m. at Church of St. Columba (Sw. Wojciech), 4020 Hingston Avenue, N.D.G. Burial will take place in Warsaw, Poland. Our sincere thanks to the St. Mary's Home Palliative Care Team and C.L.S.C. N.D.G. especially to nurse Sheryl Skinner.
