BENISON, Mabel (nee Gates). Passed away peacefully with family at her side on Wednesday, July 5, 2000 after a short illness. Much loved wife of the late Herbert Benison. Cherished mother of Reid (Lynda) of Mississauga, Glen (Terri) of Burlington and Dean (JoAnn) of San Francisco. Proud grandmother of Brian (Heather) and Darren; Daniel and Adam; Claire and Audrey. Sister of the late Dorothy (Cummings) and Marion (Lamburne). Her love and laughter will be missed by her family and many friends. Resting at the Lakeshore Cardinal Inc. Funeral Home, 560 Lakeshore Drive, Dorval. Funeral service at Summerlea United Church, 225 - 50th Avenue, Lachine on Saturday, July 8 at 11 a.m. thence to Mount Royal Crematorium. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Summerlea United Church, (Memorial Fund). Visitation Friday, July 7 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
