JOBIN, Mary (nee Laforet) 98 years on July 5, 2000 at Windsor Regional Hospital Metropolitan Campus. Late of LaChaumiere Retirement Residence. Predeceased by her husband Leo - 1962 and sons Tom - 1978, daughter-in-law Ruth - 1978, Bob Sr. - 1987 and grandson Bob Jr. - 1985. Loving mother of Patricia Mousseau and husband Phil, Leonard Jobin and wife Bernice and daughter-in-law Margaret Jobin (Bob), all of Windsor. Meme will be lovingly missed by her 14 grandchildren: Don, Peggy, Marilyn, Dan, Cheryl, Cathy, Jackie, Gary, Tommy, Laura, Janet, Gerry, Len Jr. and Barbara. Also survived by 24 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her brothers and sisters: Frank, Leo, Joseph and sisters Lilly, Clara, Edna, Rose and survived by her two sisters-in-law May Laforet and Jenny Jobin. Mrs. Jobin retired in 1969 from Butcher Engineering after 25 years of service and was a member of the C.W.L. at Most Precious Blood Church. Visitation at the Windsor Chapel Funeral Home, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Thursday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. with parish prayers and C.W.L. prayers at 8 p.m. Family and friends are requested to meet on Friday, July 7, 2000 at Most Precious Blood Church for visitation from 9:30 a.m. till time of Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment Heavenly Rest Cemetery. As your expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Association for Persons with Physical Disabilities (Cerebral Palsy), 2001 Spring Garden Rd., Windsor, ON N9E 3P8.(The Windsor Star)
