GORTON, George. 1942-2000. Suddenly, at Charles LeMoyne Hospital on July 13, 2000, passed away George Gorton aged fifty-eight years. Beloved husband of Olive Latter, dear father of Robert, Buddy, Glenn and Jodie, proud grandfather of many grandchildren, son of Rachael and the late Albert Gorton. He also leaves his brother Terry as well as many friends. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated. The family will receive condolences at the Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex, 8145 Chemin Chambly in Saint-Hubert. Funeral Ceremony on Monday, July 17 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of the Complex. A Royal Canadian Legion Ceremony will also be held on Sunday at 8 p.m. in the Complex. Visiting hours Sunday from 2:30 to 5 p.m. and from 7 to 10 p.m. and Monday from 9 a.m.
