SADKO, Czeslaw Vitold (Ches). Passed away peacefully at home in Lachine on July 15, 2000, at the age of seventy-five. Beloved husband of Mary Kozak, father of Keith (Leslie Anne), Derek (Mary), and Brent (Dawn). Grandfather of Jonathan, Jenna, Christopher and Jessica Lauren. He will be sorely missed by his former students, associates, friends and especially his family. Special thanks to his nurses Angie, Suzanne and Daniele for their compassion and caring. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 19, 2 p.m. at Collins Clarke Funeral Home, 222 Autoroute 20, Exit 49, Cartier, Pointe Claire, Quebec. Visitation to be held on Monday, July 17 and Tuesday, July 18 from 7 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the McGill Cancer Centre or the Victorian Order of Nurses, Lachine Branch, would be appreciated.
