GARNETT, Kathleen (nee Jones). Passed away quietly after a long and courageous struggle on Thursday, July 20, 2000 at the Royal Victoria Hospital at the age of seventy-two years. She was the devoted mother of Bruce, Barbara, Patrick, Joan, Michael and Glenn (Nancy). She was the cherished mother of second generation Bruce and Steve. Kathleen is the beloved grandmother of sixteen grandchildren who affectionately called her Nanny. The gentle lady also leaves to mourn six great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and dear friends who will greatly miss her. Visitation Saturday and Sunday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Collins Clarke MacGillivray White Funeral Home, 307 Riverside Drive (at Argyle), St. Lambert. Complete funeral service will be held at Our Lady Queen of the World Church, 1720 De Gaulle (Windsor) St. Hubert on Monday, July 24.
