WARREN, Jane-Irene, R.N. (nee Gilbert) 79 years, on July 21, 2000. Formerly of Puce. Beloved wife of 53 years to the late Charles (March, 2000). Loving mother of Margot Warren, of Toronto; Brian and wife Judy, of Lakeshore. Dear grandmother of Kristen and Bradley. Dear sister of George and wife Joan Gilbert, of Kingsville. Jane graduated from the Hotel Dieu School of Nursing in 1941 and had nursed in Florida, Michigan, and the Windsor area. A private family memorial service will take place at the Marcotte Funeral Home and Chapel, Tecumseh (735-2830). Father Chris Quinlan officiating. As your expression of sympathy, a donation to the Alzheimer Society of Windsor and Essex County or to the Parkinson Foundation of Canada would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Jane Warren in the Janisse, Marcotte, Melady Memorial Forest. A dedication service will be held October 1, 2000.(The Windsor Star)
