Délina BELISLE

OUELLETTE Délina, 27 rue Gauthier, Fauquier, died at Sensenbrenner Hospital on July 22, 2000, her 66th birthday. Mrs. Ouellette was born July 22, 1934 in Norembega and arrived in the area in 1946. She was a member of the UCFO, Cerlce Fermière and was employed at the Palm Grove Restaurant. She enjoyed knitting, cooking and arts and crafts. Mrs. Ouellette was predeceased by her daughter Anna Ouellette. She is survived by husband Lauréat; sons Daniel (Jacynthe) of Kap and Stephane (Lilianne) of Smooth Rock Falls; daughters Diane (Michel) Gravel of Windsor, Lucille Ouellette of Ottawa, Joanne (Leon) Dubosq of Kap, Annette (Léo) Vielle of Blind River and Julie Welsh of Sudbury. Also surviving are sisters Jacqueline Pedneault of Moonbeam, Desneiges Bélisle of Belleville and Helene of Montreal and brothers Roland Belisle of Montreal and Gerard Belisle of Kap. Mrs. Ouellette had 19 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Rev. Robert Tremblay directed the funeral service at St. Agnes Church in Fauquier. Mrs. Ouellette will be interred at the Fauquier cemetery. Donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Funeral director was the Guenette Funeral Home. (Northern Times)
