MACIBORKA, Joseph "Joe" William In loving memory of Joseph "Joe" William Maciborka, 55 years, who passed away Monday morning, July 24th, 2000 at Detour Lake Mine. Born in Sudbury, where he married Nicole in 1965. He was a maintenance supervisor with Placer Dome at Detour Lake the past 6 years. Joe had worked at Blackwood Hodge and INCO. Joe was a hard working, honest man, who was always ready to help anyone in need. He was skilled in many trades and handy for any project. Joe enjoyed his pets and loved his family, he will be sadly missed. Beloved husband of Nicole (Sivret) Maciborka of Hanmer. Loving father of Brian of Vancouver and Kevin of Markstay. Dear son of the late Tony and Maggie Maciborka both predeceased. Dear brother of Nick (wife Natalie) of Niagara Falls and Ben (wife Marilyn) of Webbwood. Dear uncle of Mark, Michael, Roselyn, Danny and Bill. Private family funeral in the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St., at Hazel St., Sudbury on Wednesday, July 26th, 2000.
