MARENGER OUIMETTE Lina 1925-2000 The family announces with great sorrow her death at her residence on Wednesday, July 26, 2000 at the age of 75 years. Wife of the late Hiram Marenger (1971). Dear mother of Stella Marenger, Dan Marenger (wife Janice), Robert Butch Marenger all of Timmins and the late Denis Marenger (1979). Step-mother of Annette Banfich of Hanmer. Grandmother of Mark Banfich & Sue Tryon, Natalie Marenger & Marc Marenger, Justin Marenger and Brandon Marenger & Joel Chaput. Step-grandmother of Gilles & Curtis Theriault. Great grandmother of 6 great grandchildren; Zakary, Sara, Alex, Andrew, Christine and Brandon. Sister of Laurette Fortin (late husband Paul) of North Bay, Ralph (wife Alice) of Toronto, Bernadette Chartrand (late husband Arthur) of Sault Ste. Marie, Marie-Ange Bond (late husband Ken) of Kapuskasing, Leonette Caron (husband Ben) of Kapuskasing, Aurore Meilleur (husband Jeannot) of Moonbeam, Rita Meilleur (husband Guy) of Cochrane, Pauline Bibeau (husband Herve) of Montreal, Edward Ouimette (wife Ann) of Wisconsin and Gerard Ouimette (wife Jeannette) of Thunder Bay. Predeceased by her brothers Albert Ouimette, AimÄ Ouimette (late wife Blanche), Alphonse Ouimette (late wife Leonette) and her sister Berthe Gallant (late husband Henry). Lina is survived by her sister-in-law Rita Ouimette of Kapuskasing. Lina was born in Val Rita, Ontario on April 1, 1925 and has resided here for over 50 years. She was a member of the Timmins Seniors Centre. A funeral mass will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, July 29, 2000 from Notre Dame de Lourdes Church. Cremation will follow. Remembrance donations to the Timmins & District Hospital Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. The family will receive friends on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins. (The Daily Press)
