INGRAM, Richard William. March 30, 1918 - July 27, 2000. Peacefully at the Jewish General Hospital at the age of eighty-two. Husband of the late Irma MacCallum and dear father of Candace (Ian Highway), Janice, Clarice and Phyllis (Ron Hedge). Beloved Opa to Kristin, Chandra, Alana and Marshall. Brother to Arthur (Vivian), Edith (Flannery), Marion (Goldthorpe), Irene (Powis) and the late Maude (Cummings), Eva (Myers) and George. Will be sadly missed by Eleanor, Bill and Wendy Waters. Special thanks to Dr. Janice Cohen and the staff of the Jewish General Hospital, particularly those who cared for him on 4 West over the past several weeks. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the Canadian Heart or Diabetic Association.
