Roméo Dionne, 364 Government Rd., died at Sensenbrenner Hospital, on December 5, 2001. He was 69 years old. He was born on November 18, 1932 in Rivière du Loup, Quebec. He worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator for Spruce Falls. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, 4 wheeling, snowmobiling, cutting fire wood and travelling. He is survived by: his wife Gertrude; two sons Laurent (Carole) and Claude (Carole) all of Kap, two daughters Lise (Vince) Perdu of Sudbury and Suzanne (Steve) Dhanani of Burlington; one brother Denis of Val D'Or; three grandchildren, Eric, Patric and Elle. The funeral services were held at Notre Dame des Victories. Rev. Robert Tremblay performed the service. Interment of the ashes followed at Kap Cemetery.
