Joseph O’ROURKE

oseph O'Rourke, 2 Sheppard St., died at Sensenbrenner Hospital in Kapuskasing, on September 7, 2001. He was 67 years old. Mr. O'Rourke was born on June 23, 1934 in Smooth Rock Falls. Mr. O'Rourke was an office clerk, for Spruce Falls Pulp and Paper Company. He was a member of the Nights of Columbus. He enjoyed spending time at the lake, reading, doing renovations and keeping himself up to date on the news. He is predeceased by: one brother, and his parents. He is survived by: his wife Lucette of Kap; two daughters Cindy (Marcel) Jauvin of Moonbeam, Debbie O'Rourke-Elliot (Larry Boudreau) of Kap; three sisters; three grandchildren Nicolas Jauvin, Cory Boudreau, Megan Boudreau. The funeral services were held at St. Patrick's Church. Rev. Roger Pronovost performed the service. Mr. O'Rourke will be interred at Kapuskasing Cemetery.
