HAYDEN, Jason Michael - April 21, 1972 - November 8, 2001 In loving memory of Jason Michael Hayden, who passed away November 8th, 2001, at his home in Guelph, surrounded by friends and family after a year long battle with cancer. Survived by his wife, Juli, son of Robert and Grace; brother of Stacy and Lori-Anne; grandson of Helen, all of Cobden and Jean Chepleck of Sudbury. Also survived by Uncle Dan Hayden of Toronto and Uncle Ken Chepleck of Sudbury. Funeral Services were held in Guelph and eulogies were given by Jason’s lifelong friend, Peter Pender, long-time family friend, Donald Bouchard and father-in-law, Alex Biro. Stacy and Lori-Anne Hayden shared memories about their brother and Juli read a poem entitled "When I Must Leave You". Pallbearers were: Dave Eastman, Steve Dick, Gary Bates, Stewart Gagan, Danny Bujold, Pete Pender, Mark VanDonkersgoed, Darryl Faber, Sam Robertson and Lorne Briscoe.
