Born in Maastricht, The Netherlands, August 30, 1911, passed away on January 2, 2001 in Ottawa. Long time resident of Kingston. Predeceased by wife Leona (nee Mattinson) and children Tina Tugwell, Chris, Jack, John and survived by his children Peter of Florida, Antoinette Bigras of Ottawa and Mary of Kingston and stepchildren Leon, Garnet, Marvin, Marie and Lloyd. Remembered by his grandchildren and friends. Memorial Service to be held in the spring at Glenhaven Memorial Gardens. Ottawa Citizen, January 06, 2001.
