Suddenly at his home on Wednesday, January 3, 2001, four days short of his 60th birthday. Carmine Petosa of Corkery, beloved husband of Rose (nee Szeplabi) and dear father of Christina. Son-in-law of Rudy and Anna Szeplabi. Predeceased by his brother Giovanni (Carmela). Survived by sisters Michelina (Giovanni), Maria (Raffaele) and Vicky (John) and brother-in-law Rudi (Rohoni) and sister-in-law Anne. Also survived by 12 nephews and nieces. Friends may call at the C.R. GAMBLE Funeral Home & CHAPEL 127 Church Street, Almonte for visiting on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 a.m. until 12 noon, followed by Celebration of the Eucharist in St. Michael's Church, Corkery at 1 p.m. Spring interment, parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Diabetes Association and would be greatly appreciated.
