Peacefully on January 4, 2001 at Toronto General Hospital in his eighty-second year, in the presence of his sons, Toby and Peter and his companion, Lee Henderson. Sadly missed by Dorothy Fletcher, Avrel Fisher, Doley Henderson and grandchildren Jamie, Casey, Laurie and Max; his sister Isabel Richardson and her husband Harry and niece Donna of Halifax. Grant was a RAF veteran, a graduate of McGill University, a resident of Montreal, Brockville and Toronto. His many friends will miss Grant's dry wit and sense of humour.
