Mrs. Ella Elizabeth (Shepherd) McKendry peacefully at the Janet MacDonell Pavilion, Cornwall on Thursday January 18, 2001 in her 86th year. Formerly of Chateau Cornwall 41 Amelia Street Cornwall, ON. Beloved wife of the late Cecil McKendry and predeceased by daughter Sally. Dear mother of Keith of Toronto and Lorna of Corning New York. Dear grandmother of Bruce and Sally McKendry of Toronto. Survived by brother Meredith of Pefferlaw, Ontario. Predeceased by her parents William and Jessie (Fetterley) Shepherd, sister Helena and brothers George, Roy and Mervyn. (By request no visitation, with a private funeral service on Saturday January 20). Spring interment in Russell United Church Cemetery, Russell Ontario. As expressions of remembrance memorial donations to CHEO (Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario) for Leukemia Research would be appreciated by the family.
