Frederick E. WHITWORTH

A special person and a wonderful husband and father died peacefully at age 97 on Saturday, January 20, 2001 having lived a long, happy and productive life. His wife Ellen (nee Cameron); his children Patricia (Gavin Currie), David (Karen) and Margaret Tapp; his grandchildren Neil (Angela), Brian Currie, Jana (Rick) Duquette, Mark (Tracy); his great-grandchildren Jacob and Rachel will miss him every day. He had a long and successful career in the field of Education and contributed to various professional journals and encyclopedias. Friends may visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue at Richmond Road, on Tuesday January 23, 2001 from 10:30 a.m. until service time in the Chapel at 12 noon followed by a reception. The family wishes to say a big thank you to the staff and volunteers at Laurier Manor for their loving care, sense of humour and support.
