At the Lakeshore General Hospital on January 21, 2001. Beloved husband of the late Hazel Louise (Allen). John will be sadly missed by the members of the Ile Perrot Golf Club and St. Andrew's Lodge and a Mason of the Scottish Rite. January 27, 2001. A Memorial Service will be held from the Chapel of Collins Clarke MacGillivray White Funeral Home, 222 Highway 20, (Cartier Exit 49), Pointe Claire, May 12, at 10:30 a.m. Interment of Urn at Lakeview Memorial Gardens.
