On Tuesday, January 23, 2001, departed from her dear ones after a long life. Devoted mother of Sair (Harold Margolese), Mary (the late Julius Bloom), Joe and Jean Cohen, and Bebe Welik. Cherished grandmother of Barry and Marcia, Avrona and Martin, Gordon and Lisa, Alvin and Roslyn, Errol and Bernice, Ena and Gordon, Dr. Lorne Cohen and Lianie, Adena, Dr. Robert Welik and Suzanne. Adored great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother of many. Funeral service from Beth Olam Levayah, 8255 Bougainville (corner Decarie and de la Savane) on Thursday, January 25, 2001 at 1 p.m. Burial at Hebrew Sick "A" Cemetery (C1) de la Savane.
