Dear father of John (Linda) of Halifax, Margaret (Dave) of Toronto and Peter (Catherine) of Markham. Survived by his grandchildren Robert, Wendy, Terry, Jamie, Pierre and Emma. Dear brother of Owen, Terry and Edith. Friends may call at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 235 Kent Street, Ottawa on Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday at 11 a.m. followed by private cremation.
