Passed away in Valleyfield on Friday, January 26, 2001 at the age of seventy-two. James Telford, beloved husband of Catherine Finlayson of Valleyfield. He is also survived by his children, David, Jimmy, Frances, Sharon, Patricia and Shawn, as well as his twelve grandchildren, his brother Norman, his sisters Winnie and Margaret, and many friends. Visitation on Tuesday, January 30 from 7 p.m. and Wednesday, January 31 from 12 noon at La Maison Funeraire Ernest Montpetit et Fils Inc., 315 Danis Road, Valleyfield, QC. The funeral home will be closed between 5 and 7 p.m. Funeral will be held on Wednesday, January 31 at 2 p.m. at St-Mark's Church, 33 Gault Road, Valleyfield, followed by burial at the Valleyfield Cemetery.
