Peacefully at the Ottawa Civic Hospital on Sunday, January 28, 2001. The former Olga Kathleen Assaly (Retired businesswoman and active volunteer for over 40 years with Glen-Stor-Dun Lodge). Beloved wife of the late John Assaly. Dear mother of Gary Assaly (husband of Heidi Pullem) of Vanvoucer, B.C. and Sandra (Mrs. Samih Monsour) of Ottawa. Loving grandmother of Christine and David. Dear daughter of the late Michael Assaly and the late Hasiby Assaly. Dear sister of George Assaly (husband of Edna Davidson) of Cornwall, and Mary Assaly (wife of the late Ernest Assaly) of Ottawa. Predeceased by two brothers Michael Assaly (husband of Jennette Demers) of Hawkesbury and Joseph Assaly (husband of Doris Black) of Cornwall. Resting at the Lahie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, West Branch, 20 Seventh Street West, Cornwall from 2 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral Wednesday January 31, 2001 for Mass of Christian Burial in St. Columban's Church, Cornwall at 3 p.m. Spring interment St. Alphonse Parish Cemetery, Hawkesbury.
