After a valiant battle with cancer, George peacefully passed away on January 28, 2001. Beloved husband of Norma and devoted father of George and Sherry (Bill Strutt), grandchildren Jamie and Kimberly, Kristin and Eric and dear brother William. He will be sadly missed. The family will receive condolences at Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex, 3955 Cote de Liesse (corner St. Croix Blvd.), St. Laurent. Visiting hours Thursday and Friday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. The service will be held on Saturday, February 3 at 1:30 p.m. in the chapel of the complex. please make donations to the palliative care unit of St. Mary's Hospital.
