It is with great sadness the family of Lois Ida Stinson announces her passing on Wednesday, January 31, 2001 at the age of 82 years. Lois was the widow of the late Billy Scollan and the beloved mother of Arthur (Joan) and Barry (Sue) all of Richmond. Lois was also most cherished as Grandma of Andrew and Sarah Scollan and sister of Harold (Margaret) and Dorothy Bradley (Bernard). Step-grandmother of Rick Todd (Carol) and Debby Brown (Don). She was predeceased by her brother Delmer. Resting at the Lee Cummings Funeral Home, North Gower where friends will be received on Friday from 3 to 5 p.m., 7 to 9 p.m. and from 12 noon til service time at 2 p.m. on Saturday where service will be held. Interment Malakoff United Cemetery. Donations to the Alzheimer Society of Ottawa-Carleton would be appreciated by the family. Ottawa Citizen, February 02, 2001
