Peacefully on Thursday, February 1, 2001 at Versa-Care, Carling Ave., Ottawa, age 67 years. Beloved son of the late William Harold and Isabella Elizabeth Smith of Belleville, ON. Survived by sisters Doris Kavaner of Belleville, Rose Kesckes and husband Joseph of Petawawa, Marilyn MacDougall of Ottawa, Thelma Seguin and husband John (JJ) of Ottawa, brothers Robert of Okanagan Falls, B.C., Leslie and wife Joan of Ottawa, many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and friends at Versa-Care and Royal Canadian Legion. Predeceased by brothers Morris, Frederick and Ronald of Belleville, sisters Norma of Belleville, Shirley Crocker of Oshawa and twin sister Betty of Belleville.
