In Ottawa on Friday, February 2, 2001, at the age of 68. Dearly loved husband of Marta Mackay (nee Karam). Loving father of Mark (Catherine), Malcolm (Darlene), Lynne DiFrancescomarino (Tony), Robin (Linda) and Leila Wright (George). Also loved by his grandchildren Candice, Matthew, Jesse, Sheena, Ryan, Ginger, Lana, David, Emmett, Madeline, Rory and Georgie. Jack will be missed by his loving sister Mary Mackay (Jean Charpentier) and his dear brother Bill Sr. (Joan). Dear uncle of Dwayne, Tina, Derek, Shawn, Bill Jr., Steven and Wendy.
