(Member of St. Mary's C.W.L.) Peacefully with her family by her side in hospital at Almonte on Sunday February 4, 2001. Doris Mary Stanley of Almonte, dear wife of 60 years of Orville Clement and cherished mother of Dennis and Margaret of Carp, Raymond and Gale, and Robert and Heather, both of Almonte, and Donald and Cathy of Carleton Place. Dear Granny of 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Sister of Mrs. Retta Moorhead (Clayton) of Ottawa. Predeceased by her sisters and brothers Lottie Giles, Cecil, Mayme Steele, Raymond, Allan, Ross and Betty Smithson. Sister-in-law of Elsie Stanley. Friends may call at the C.R. GAMBLE Funeral Home & CHAPEL 127 Church Street, Almonte for visiting on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Tuesday to Holy Name of Mary Church, Almonte for Celebration of the Eucharist at 11 a.m. Spring interment parish cemetery. Donations in memory of Doris may be made to the Almonte General Hospital and would be greatly appreciated by her family.
