City of Ottawa - retired Monday February 5, 2001. James Paul O'Neill age 78. Husband of the late Rita Glandon. Loving father of Bonnie Scott (Daniel Berthiaume) and Gayle (John Harvey). Step-father of Paul (Pat), Shirley (Bob Gaumont) and Helen Zappa (Paul). Cherished grandfather of Terry (Andrea), Mini and Todd Scott (Shari); Sean (Sarah) and Shane Harvey, and great-grandfather of Alyssa Harvey; Natasha, Erika, Kurtis, Devin, Starleana, Cody, Taylib and Sydney Scott. Dear brother of Frank O'Neill. Predeceased by brothers Harvey and George. Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, 580 Eagleson Rd., Kanata, Wednesday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service Thursday in the Chapel.
