At the Ottawa Hospital, General Site, in his 89th year, on Tuesday, February 6, 2001, following a lengthy illness. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Marie-Paule (LaRose), daughters Joanne (Tony Konye), Suzanne, Carol-Anne (Willis Scanlon) and Mary-Anne (Stephen Hargrave) and numerous grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Friends may visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair and McGarry, 315 McLeod St., on Thursday, February 8, 2001 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 151 Laurier Ave. East, Ottawa on Friday, February 9th at 12 noon. Interment at St. Stephen's Church, Old Chelsea, Quebec in the Spring. Donations to the Victorian Order of Nurses Ottawa Branch. Ottawa Citizen, February 08, 2001
