After a short illness at the Hawkesbury General Hospital on Wednesday February 7, 2001, Evelyn MacLaurin (nee MacKenzie) in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late Archie D. MacLaurin. Loving mother of Jean Albright (Myles), Keith (Georgina) all of Vankleek Hill, Elsie MacGillivray (Archie) of Belleville and Dorothy Garcia (Carlos) of Kanata. Dear grandmother of 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends may pay respects at the Hillcrest Funeral Home on Friday February 9. Funeral Service Saturday February 10 to the Vankleek Hill Baptist Church, 156 Main Street East, Vankleek Hill at 1:30 p.m. Spring interment Breadalbane Cemetery, Dalkeith, Ontario.
